Astrology, Psychic Stuff, and Skepticism
I am not a believer in astrology. I am interested in the history of astrology
because of its importance to astronomy and
religion. Objects and events in the sky have
long been important to humans. I am fascinated by the possibility that
catastrophic events with an astronomical origin
have played a crucial role over the last few millenia in the development
of human culture.
I like to read about the unusual phenomena often called "Forteana" in
honor of Charles Fort because these sometimes indicate gaps in our
understanding of nature.
